I found the resonance of the L-Tuned exhaust a bit loud right around 2000 r.p.m. with part throttle.  But I liked the exhaust so much I wasn't about to change it so I decided to add some sound proofing in the trunk and under the back seat.  It worked out great.

I removed the trunk liners (pull out clips, remove tie anchor bolts and take out liners):

The white on the back of the rear seat is a soft fluffy material that isn't 'tight'.  I installed B-Quiet's brown bread across the back first.  It's an adhesive backed asphalt sheet with a foil cover and molds easily.

Then I removed the car jack and did the left side.

Then I removed the nav unit on the right side and did that, then the rest:

I pulled up the back seat lower cushion and pulled the carpet forward and began applying more brown bread:

Eventually I had the whole area under the back seat covered:

Put the carpet back in place:

I then laid a sheet of B-Quiet's lead filled Lcomp under the trunk carpet (sorry no picture) as an additional sound barrier.

The result?  It worked!  The exhaust sound was still 'fun' but no longer annoying.

Since then I've had the torque converter installed and since that tends to keep the rpms higher than stock, the resonance is a non-issue now anyway, but I'm still glad I did the sound proofing.
